Herbal Essence 2/$3.97 at CVS

Hey!!!

This week CVS has a sale going on in their weekly add for Herbal Essence products. Basically, you need a cvs card which is free to get, it's just like a grocery store perks card. You purchase the two products of your choice and it rings up for $5.97 when your receipt prints out, you get a $2 off coupon on your next purchase at the store which basically makes your purchase $3.97 for both. Here is a picture of the receipt they will print out for you to get $2.00 off your next purchase.

Also, I am not sure if they randomly print out coupons for stuff, but the lady ahead of me in line didn't have her cvs card, so I allowed her to use mine. She just bought some minor stuff, like trail mix and a beef jerky or something and the cashier gave her the receipt but handed me the coupon that came out with it and low and behold it was 25% off my next purchase good for 3 days only. When I got to the register she said I could combine my two receipts so I did! I went back and got two full price Organix tea tree mint conditioners, used my $2.00 off coupon and my 25% off coupon for a total of $9.21 spent on organix. Which is regularly priced at $6.99 at cvs. Here is the pic of the second receipt.

I know you all may think, it's not worth it, but I say go for it. I got two bottles of Herbal Essence Hello Hydration and two bottles of Organix Tea Tree Mint and my combined grand total was less than $15. I am satisfied with that purchase. You can use your $2.00 off on anything in the store that is full priced for 30 days! Even if it is something that only cost $3. I hope this helps someone!

Okay, so I was going for a neat and cute look from an old twist out, but instead ended up with a mess. I decided to twerk this style and make it a funky messy updo. With confidence, we can pull off the mistakes like we meant to do it! LOL

Happy hump day to you all! So tonight, I wanted to do something with my hair. I will probably do a deep treatment on it using Herbal Essence Hello Hydration mixed with honey or using my Shea Moisture deep treatment masque with honey added to it.. Heck why not mix it all up and pile it on, can't hurt right???

After browsing through some of my favorite youtube channels I came across Naptural85's Twist out Method 101 and I am going to attempt to do this on my hair tonight. This will give me an idea of how I will wear my hair on Saturday for our natural hair meet up!I have a couple styles in mind and need to play around with it tonight so that I can have a little something cute for Saturday... Happy Hump Day! Are you working out??

Okay, so let me start off by saying that I do not work out and I am trying very hard to get in the groove of doing so. With my wedding 4 months away, I could really use a boost! (HELP!!!) So, I was searching the forum on CurlyNikki.com and I came across a health and fitness post started by @MyManaiiMane entitled "Great Workout Apps You Can't Miss". I clicked on it and found the best thing next to sliced bread! It is called MiCoach. She also recommended NikeTrainer... I downloaded both apps and went out for a walk! Man am I in love. This app tracks your pace, incline, distance, time and the whole shebang! Check it out and let me know what you think. I know we love out Natural Hair, but I am all about promoting good health and fitness...

I am determined to live healthier in every aspect I can, thanks to @MyManaiiMane for the post! You have motivated me and I hope I can do the same for someone else...

I got my hair pressed and ends trimmed... Yay me!!!

So I know in the past two months this is the third time I have cut/trimmed my hair, but I think I am finally satisfied. We will see what happens when I go back to the curly hair in a few days, but right now. I am loving my hair. It feels and looks so healthy!

Hello lovely people...

I am in a great mood today, I will go to get my hair cut (yes again). I went last week to get my ends trimmed, but after looking at my hair all week long, I see that it has no shape to it, in the back, there is hair all over the place! I made an appointment yesterday with a natural hair salon so we will see what happens. I will post some before and after pics later of my hair! Enjoy your day!

Super Excited!!! My Pallets have arrived!!!

Last week I came across some wonderful pallets and today they arrived! If this product proves to be as nice as I think it will, stand by for a give away! Welcome to my new followers/ Wash and Go: Eco Styler Gel

Good morning!

I just wanted to first of all thank all of my new followers and say that I really appreciate you guys taking the time out to follow my blog as well as my youtube channel! So, I finally gave in and did a wash and go using Eco styler gel with olive oil. Many of us have an issue with certain parts of our hair that may be a different texture from the rest (I SURE DO!). So after getting my ends trimmed this past weekend and applying the bentonite treatment to my hair! YAY!!!! I decided to do the wash and go. Check out the video below and let me know what you think!
